Men's Shed Working Bee
There were ten men at the working bee on Saturday morning. Several problems were encountered. The first was the welder plug did not fit the wall socket so Brad Ryan was called to fit a new socket on the wall. When digging the holes for the foundations, pipes were encounted in four of the holes and there was a tree stump where another was to be dug. When every thing was thought to be ready it was found that the welding leads were not assembled. So after all those problems we are ready for next week.

![]() | The new project for The Men's Shed is to build computer desks for the Senior Citizens Centre. The project was started on Saturday morning with good progress being made. Four members worked on the project. James being a bit shy opted to take the photos. The bench tops wers cut out and the frames are about half complete. Next week we should be able to complete the frames and start the painting. We must have over estimated our ability a little as this week only one of the frames is complete and about half of the painting is done. But who's in a hurry anyway we are here to enjoy ourselves and have a little talk and a cup of tea although we haven't elected a tea man yet. |
